Westcroft stands within a short walk of Reigate town centre and its mainline station, putting the High Street, Priory Park and a direct line into London all within easy reach.
The apartments are generously proportioned and finished to a high standard throughout, with secure underground parking for residents, which is a rare thing this close to the centre of a Surrey market town.
Reigate sits at the foot of the North Downs, where the Greensand Ridge rises behind the town and the Weald opens out to the south. It is an old place and looks it: the mound of the Norman castle still stands above the High Street, with the caves cut into the sandstone beneath it, and the grounds of the medieval priory are now a public park in the middle of town. A road tunnel driven under the castle mound in the 1820s remains one of the oldest of its kind in the country, and traffic still passes through it.
Reigate is a Surrey market town at the foot of the North Downs, with Reigate Hill and Colley Hill on its doorstep and open countryside a few minutes from the High Street.
Direct trains reach London in around forty minutes and junction 8 of the M25 is close by, making the town a long standing favourite with commuters who would rather not live in one.
