Reigate Hill House

REIGATE

Reigate Hill House occupies one of the town’s most recognisable buildings, its clock tower a landmark for anyone arriving from the station, which sits only a few steps away.

Inside are one and two bedroom apartments, with parking allocated to selected homes. The station on the doorstep makes the commute into London straightforward, and the town centre is a short walk in the other direction.

ABOUT REIGATE

Reigate sits at the foot of the North Downs, where the Greensand Ridge rises behind the town and the Weald opens out to the south. It is an old place and looks it: the mound of the Norman castle still stands above the High Street, with the caves cut into the sandstone beneath it, and the grounds of the medieval priory are now a public park in the middle of town. A road tunnel driven under the castle mound in the 1820s remains one of the oldest of its kind in the country, and traffic still passes through it.

Reigate is a Surrey market town at the foot of the North Downs, with Reigate Hill and Colley Hill on its doorstep and open countryside a few minutes from the High Street.

Direct trains reach London in around forty minutes and junction 8 of the M25 is close by, making the town a long standing favourite with commuters who would rather not live in one.
